Contract win for Pinnacle Workplace at Teesworks

Pinnacle Group’s specialist workplace and facilities management division, Pinnacle Workplace, has secured a site-wide cleaning contract across Teesworks, the UK’s largest industrial zone and one of the country’s most significant regeneration and clean energy developments.

Under the contract terms, Pinnacle Workplace will provide a comprehensive range of services across the estate, including internal cleaning, waste management, deep cleans, emergency call-outs and legionella flushing.

The contract covers a diverse portfolio of occupied offices, operational buildings, gatehouses and welfare facilities across the Teesworks site in Redcar and Cleveland.

Located within the South Tees Development Corporation area, Teesworks is the UK’s largest freeport and is transforming a former steelmaking site into a world-class industrial, manufacturing and clean energy hub.

Spanning more than 4,500 acres, the development is home to major investments in offshore wind, carbon capture and advanced manufacturing, and is expected to create thousands of jobs while driving economic growth across the Tees Valley.

Greg O’Brien, Managing Director of Pinnacle Workplace, said: “Teesworks is one of the UK’s most exciting regeneration projects and a development of national significance. We are delighted to have been selected to support such an ambitious programme and look forward to delivering high-quality services that help create safe, clean and welcoming environments for everyone working across the estate.”
