Macro welcomes experienced FM leaders to its global leadership team

Global facilities management and workplace services company, Macro, has strengthened its global leadership and operations team with the appointments of Mark Arcari as Sales & Marketing Director and Amanda Muzzarelli as Global Account Director.

Bringing decades of combined experience across facilities management, corporate real estate and workplace services, Macro says both Arcari and Muzzarelli will play an important role in supporting the company’s next phase of expansion and enhancing the value delivered to clients worldwide.

Arcari joins Macro’s Executive Management Team with more than 20 years of experience across property and facilities management. Throughout his career, he has led large-scale operations and managed complex client portfolios for leading FM organisations, building a reputation for operational excellence, strong client relationships and a collaborative leadership style.

In his new role, he will focus on driving business growth, strengthening client partnerships and supporting Macro’s strategic ambitions across key markets.

Muzzarelli, an active IFMA Chapter Leader, brings more than 15 years of experience managing corporate real estate portfolios and delivering complex workplace and facilities management programmes for global organisations. She has extensive expertise in portfolio transformation, supplier governance, organisational change and operating model design. She is also a recognised industry speaker and contributor on key facilities management and workplace topics.

As Global Account Director, she will work closely with clients to drive service excellence, strengthen strategic partnerships and support the successful delivery of global programmes.
