CS Group introduces new service lines

Aberdeen-based business support services company, CS Group, has introduced two new supporting service lines to the business, as part of its significant growth plans.

The company currently comprises of contract cleaning pillar, CSG Clean, and packaging and office supplies pillar, CSG Supplies (encompassing Grampian Packaging Supplies). In a move to better meet the changing needs of its customers, the company will be adding CSG Technology and CSG Wellness to support the existing pillars but also to offer stand alone, additional services.

In addition to recognising a demand for these supplementary services, the company plans on building upon the heritage and legacy it has established in the North East of Scotland by expanding into different geographies throughout the UK, including plans to open a central belt office this year.

The introduction of new service lines within the business will result in the growth of the CS Group team. Having employed an additional five members of staff in 2022 into the new headquarters in Kingshill Park (bringing their total headcount to around 300), the company will expand even further with plans to employ  a further 50 people across the wider business throughout 2023.

Last year, the company enjoyed a 10 per cent increase in revenue but are predicting this will increase by a further 25 per cent in 2023.

The development of CSG Technology will use advanced technology to make cleaning more efficient and smarter, as well as implementing new monitoring systems, destratification units and IoT safety critical equipment for wellness and enhanced protection in the working environment.

Andy Imrie, Managing Director of CS Group, commented: “It has been an exciting time for CS Group, entering new offices and rebranding the company to better represent our offering to customers. CS Group is definitely on a journey which includes a pipeline of exciting opportunities and projects for the year ahead, bringing together the best people and the best technology.

“We are always looking at how we can improve our services to our existing customers and appeal to new ones, so the development of the technology side of the business allows us to work smarter for our customers and better address their ESG and safety requirements.”
