DMA Group expands with new appointment

The property services specialist has continued its recent period of growth with the appointment of Beth Botterill as Marketing Manager.

Botterill joins DMA Group from Bellrock, and brings to the business a wealth of experience in digital brand marketing, graphic design, and professional photography. Having spent six-years within the FM industry in a marketing capacity, she will support DMA’s growth ambitions through focused and targeted activities.

Botterill will work alongside Valerie Miller who joined DMA in December as Sales & Marketing Director, and will also work closely with Tanya Ewart, DMA’s Proposals and Communications Manager, to help strengthen the content across this area. She will also lead the company’s digital marketing strategy where she will have responsibility for DMA’s website and SEO performance, content development, and proposal creation.

Commenting on her new role, Botterill said: “This is an exciting time to be joining DMA Group. The company is in the midst of a strong and rapid period of growth, and I am looking forward to using my own experience in the sector to fulfil DMA’s ambitions of revolutionising the UK maintenance industry for good.”

Steve McGregor, Managing Director at DMA commented: “We are delighted to welcome Beth to our ever-growing marketing department. She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise from the sector and her vision and values are perfectly aligned to DMA Group’s. Alongside working with Valerie Miller, who joined in December 2022, both will bring much added value across all departments of the business.”

2023 FMJ and Grundon Recycling and Waste Management Survey

FMJ in conjunction with Grundon Waste Management is pleased to launch the 2023 waste management and recycling survey which examines the ways in which FMs approach their waste management responsibilities.

In this, the sixth year for the annual appraisal, we know there is a greater opportunity than ever for FMs to reappraise their waste and recycling operations and help their organisations meet the growing pressure to achieve ESG goals.

We want to learn how FMs have adapted to the legislative, economic and societal changes of the past year and how they plan to meet the latest waste and recycling targets.

In this survey we’ve posed a series of questions which include insights into FMs’ waste management strategy and targets, how they’re moving towards zero waste targets, and the importance of not just meeting compliance targets but also ESG goals.

The results of the 2023 survey will be published in FMJ magazine and form the basis of a white paper co-written by FMJ and the experts at Grundon on how to approach waste and recycling strategies.
