Enva and Frank Key form strategic partnership

Enva and Frank Key have announced a three-year strategic partnership deal that will see the independent builders merchant and plant & tool hire specialist outsource its skip hire and waste management services to Enva.

Under the terms of the agreement, which commenced on 1 September 2022, Enva will provide skip hire and waste management services to Frank Key customers across all its 17 branches in Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Yorkshire, and Lancashire. In doing so, Frank key will expand its skip hire coverage area while also enabling both organisations to explore additional commercial opportunities such as the provision of recycled aggregates and hazardous waste services. On average, Enva says it will recycle 98 per cent of the construction waste processed through its own facilities.

Commenting on the partnership Frank Key’s, Operations Director, Richard Meeks, said: “Frank Key are continuously exploring cost effective ways to add value to the products and services we offer to our customers, especially in the current climate. It is great to have formalised a long-established relationship with Enva to provide skip hire and waste management services on our behalf.  We look forward to all our customers benefiting from this partnership.”

Enva’s Head of Sales, Kirsty Woodward commented: “We are delighted to partner with Frank Key and are looking forward to delivering a high quality and cost-effective service for all their customers. We will also be working closely with the team at Frank Key to leverage the opportunities presented by a closely aligned range of services and sustainable products.”

Creating a positive visitor experience in a Hybrid world of work

While some personnel are finally returning to the office – the great majority of organisations (up to 83 per cent) anticipate a hybrid mix of on-premises and working from home to continue for the foreseeable future.

This means that when it comes to providing access to the workplace, where once it was simply enough to maintain a welcoming reception for visitors, organisations today must also keep a close eye on access permissions in real-time to keep buildings safe and secure while ensuring they comply with compliance.

Pitney Bowes Smart Access Management in association with FMJ has produced a new White Paper which explains how to create a welcoming, actively managed environment for authorised people.

It explains how new Smart Access Management™ (SAM) delivers a complete, real-time and data-driven view of all your people, visitors and contractors, to help give you greater control and visibility.
