Following a competitive tender process, Stirling-based FES Group has renewed its contract with biopharmaceutical firm, UCB, for the provision of hard FM services across its property portfolio.
FES has maintained UCB sites since 2017 and says it looks forward to continuing the collaboration as UCB embarks on relocating from Slough in Berkshire to a larger facility in Surrey.
Dylan Fletcher, GES Group Chief Executive Officer commented:“FES FM Ltd is delighted to have been awarded the UCB contract following a competitive tender exercise. The new contract will allow us to further develop our collaborative working model with UCB whilst we drive improvements through the life of the contract. We are excited to partner with UCB as they begin their transition to the new, world class Windlesham facility.”
