ISS appointed to NHS London Procurement Partnership TFM framework

ISS has successfully been included in all six available lots of the NHS London Procurement Partnership (NHS LPP) Total Facilities Management Framework across seven UK regions.

NHS LPP is one of four national procurement hubs serving the health community in London and beyond. Owned collectively by its members, NHS LPP delivers services which help hospitals to run efficiently including workforce, digital systems, medicines and estates & facilities.

Under the new Total Facilities Management Framework, which commenced in July last year, ISS will be available to support participating NHS trusts with services across the framework including:

  • Lot 1 : Hard FM
  • Lot 2: Soft FM
  • Lot 3: Total FM
  • Lot 4: Cleaning
  • Lot 5: Catering
  • Lot 6: Security Services

The approach is designed to offer NHS trust members a sustainable model for ongoing procurement, commercial services and advice, ultimately delivering the highest quality of patient and social care.

Partnering with NHS LPP, the framework suppliers support the NHS trusts involved to deliver social value to their communities and help achieve the NHS’s ambitions to reach net zero by 2040, as well as other environmental targets outlined in the NHS’ 10-year plan.

Donna Brown, Managing Director for Healthcare – ISS UK&I, said: ”ISS is extremely pleased to be included in this important strategic framework for our Healthcare business. Having the opportunity to offer services across all six lots means we can continue to build on the strong partnerships we have already established with valued NHS organisations, whilst also supporting the evolution of the LPP’s overarching ambitions around social value and sustainability.”
