ISS partners with AWA to expand strategic workplace offering

ISS has formed a strategic partnership with Advanced Workplace Associates (AWA), the global science-based workplace consultancy.

Through the partnership, ISS will offer its UK clients access to AWA’s specialist workplace consulting services, including workplace strategy, change management, cognitive wellbeing and workplace performance optimisation.

AWA brings over 30 years of experience transforming workplaces for some of the world’s leading organisations, underpinned by rigorous research and evidence-based methodologies.

ISS says the collaboration strengthens both its position as a strategic partner, and its commitment to delivering comprehensive workplace solutions that drive employee engagement, wellbeing and productivity.

Dan Corlett, Managing Director for Workplace Services at ISS UK & Ireland, commented: “We are delighted to partner with AWA to extend our workplace advisory capabilities and strategic services. As organisations navigate the evolving demands of hybrid working and workplace transformation, this partnership enables us to offer our clients access to world-class, science-led expertise. Together, we will help our clients create workplaces that attract talent, enhance performance and deliver lasting business value.”

Andrew Mawson, Founder of AWA, said: “ISS shares our commitment to creating workplaces where people thrive. This partnership combines ISS’ exceptional service delivery with AWA’s research-driven approach to workplace strategy, providing clients with an integrated solution for transforming how and where work happens.”
