The Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management (IWFM) has revealed the winners of its IWFM Impact Awards 2022.
Technological innovations dominated last night’s event which took place at London’s JW Marriott Grosvenor House. The evening also captured the equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) agenda’s rise in prominence in the industry with four winning entries spotlighting outstanding examples of progress in this key area.
In a step towards improving inclusivity, attendees were encouraged to ‘dress to impress’ rather than adhere to the usual black tie dress code at the workplace and facilities management industry’s most prestigious event, hosted by comedian and TV regular Zoe Lyons. Meanwhile, the Awards retained and repositioned its ‘Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Initiative’ category after it was launched last year as ‘Diversity Initiative’.
