Jaguar in Arbor Bankside Yards win

Jaguar Building Services has been awarded the M&E contract at Arbor Bankside Yards situated on the South Bank of London’s River Thames.

The hard FM specialist’s history with this site runs back 30 years, as Arbor sits on the plot of Jaguar’s first ever contract, Express Newspapers located at 245 Blackfriars.

The development is the UK’s first major fossil fuel free mixed-use estate and is carbon zero in operation. This stunning new site comprises approximately 223,000 sq. ft. over 19 floors.

Commenting on the new contract award, Elliott Taylor, Account Manager said: “We would like to thank Ashdown Phillips and Focus FM for choosing us on this occasion. We believe our team are best placed to support the smart features the building already has in place. We look forward to working with our customer on this development and we are excited for the future at Arbor.”
