Lee Baron secures property management role in Paddington

The specialist property manager has been appointed to manage West End Quay, the first residential estate to be rebuilt in the Paddington Basin.

The estate consists of three contemporary blocks, Westcliffe, Peninsula & Balmoral, totalling 467 spacious 1-, 2-, 3-bed, and penthouse luxury apartments, 13 ground floor commercial units and an underground car park across two levels.

Lee Baron’s remit includes the day-to-day estate management of the West End Quay residences, including the maintenance of the common areas and maintaining compliance with all the latest health and safety legislation.

The Paddington Basin area has continued to evolve and is fast becoming a new quarter of London, with West End Quay residences seen as an integral part of this transformation. The surrounding community has taken shape and considerable commercial development has been made in the area.

Commenting on the appointment, Ian Jones, Group Chief Operating Officer, Lee Baron, said: “We’re thrilled to be taking on the management of West End Quay, which is a landmark development in one of London’s most famous areas. This complex offers an exciting central location, near to Regent’s Park, and provides fantastic connections within the capital and beyond. We look forward to sharing our expertise in mixed-use developments and management oversight moving forward.”
