National M&E specialist, Linaker, has secured a three-year building services deal with KFC.
Following a competitive tender, Linaker was awarded the contract to provide full building services across KFC’s 53 sites as it continues to roll out its nationwide self-delivery model.
The circa. £4 million contract will see Linaker’s team of engineers delivering mechanical, electrical and AC services alongside managing the wider sub partners.
