Pareto FM announces eighth year of consecutive growth

The facilities and engineering services provider has reported a rise in its annual turnover for the eighth consecutive year.

Figures published this week by Pareto for the year ending September 2022, show a 75 per cent growth in organic turnover to £32 million. This achievement builds on the considerable growth since inception, with the business on course to grow another 25 per cent in 2023.

The past two years has seen Pareto deliver an organisational transformation with significant investment in systems, people and company infrastructure. This includes securing new partnerships with leading organisations such as University of Reading, Cazoo, Fletchers Solicitors and Womble Bond Dickinson.

Further to this, Pareto has developed its environmental and social value offering with the award winning kickstart scheme, achieving carbon neutrality and signing up to seven new workplace charters. Increasingly, Pareto is being seen as the leading light in the field of ESG, winning numerous awards last year. This, together with a focussed customer and employee engagement culture, continues to drive success.

Dave Richards, Chief Executive Officer, Pareto FM, said: “This has been a significant year in Pareto’s organisational maturity and revenue growth. We are delighted to see Pareto continue to achieve well above market organic growth and secure partnerships with some of the most exciting workspaces in the sector. We continue to be incredibly grateful to our team members who make this all possible and are excited about what we can achieve in 2023. Pareto continues to go from strength to strength in all areas and we are proud of the fact that we are changing the face of FM.”

Webinar: How to create an ethical supply chain in FM

Are you confident that your contractors and suppliers meet ethical labour standards and human rights obligations?

For many FM services, managing multiple third parties in the supply chain can be a complex challenge. And, in a sector that relies heavily on migrant workers and 65 per cent of FM services facing difficulties in sourcing workers (Q4 2022 RICS survey), exposure to exploitation and modern slavery is a very real risk. With the UK one of the biggest destinations in Europe for trafficking of workers, you need full visibility of the people you work with, so you can minimise your risks and identify which part of your supply chain is most vulnerable.

FMJ, in partnership with Alcumus, is pleased to bring together a panel of experts to discuss how to create an ethical supply chain in FM.

Taking place at 11am on Wednesday 21st of June, the webinar will discuss:

  • The regulations to be aware of that are aimed at preventing human right abuses.
  • How to gain greater visibility of modern slavery compliance in the supply chain by having a robust verification process in place.
  • Steps to creating a compliant, ethical supply chain.
