Jaguar Building Services has retained its contracts at 150 Cheapside and 2 Gresham Street, following an official retender process.
Both contracts are for a three-year fixed period and will see Jaguar providing a full remobilisation and asset verification of both properties, with new asset tagging . There will also be a provision for PDAs included.
150 Cheapside is a nine-storey office building overlooking St. Paul’s Cathedral. It has been a part of Jaguar’s portfolio since 2012.
2 Gresham Street is a 180,000 ft² prominent office building located in EC2, with a 4,000 ft² communal roof terrace and gardens offering stunning panoramic views.
