Richard Irvin FM Ltd has been named as a supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) Housing Maintenance & Management Services DPS.
This DPS provides a compliant, ‘one stop shop’ for all aspects of housing maintenance & repair for both tenanted and void/vacant properties.
The framework is anticipated to offer a pipeline of £500 million for a wide range of planned and reactive maintenance & repair services as well as provision of essential compliance services.
The CCS is an Executive Agency of the Cabinet Office, supporting the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services.
