Totaljobs hires Pareto FM for hard services deal

Pareto FM has been appointed by one of the UK’s leading job boards, Totaljobs, to provide hard FM services across offices in London & Belfast with project support provided to Birmingham, Havant, Cardiff, Leeds, Manchester, Nottingham and Glasgow.

Under the terms of the deal, Pareto FM will deliver all associated mechanical, electrical and fabric related planned and reactive maintenance.

Commenting on Pareto FM’s appointment, Phil McDowell, UK Facilities Manager for Totaljobs said: “We were looking for a provider that was agile enough to be able to meet our specific requirements of our growing business. We needed a service provider that could deliver great communication and ultimately work with us to deliver a high level of service. In Pareto we found a partner that was the right size to support our business and ensure we received the service levels we required.”

Andrew Hulbert, Pareto FM MD added: “We’ve previously had experience working with Totaljobs as a tenant in one of our landlord portfolios. We built up a great relationship with them and were delighted to then be given the opportunity to support them across their wider network. We count ourselves lucky to be partnering with one of the most successful recruitment companies in the sector; a service that we also use to recruit team members. It’s been a great start to the relationship, and we look forward to seeing what we can build together.”
