Trios acquires Airedale Maintenance Services

Facilities management and property services business, Triosgroup Ltd, has acquired specialist maintenance provider Airedale Maintenance Services Ltd (AMS).

Yorkshire-based AMS, which has an annual turnover of £2.6 million, provides planned and reactive, mechanical and electrical building services to clients operating in the commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, retail and leisure sectors. Its specialisms include facilities services, energy services, compliance services and project management & design tailored for clients across the UK.

Trios employs over 300 colleagues across three specialist divisions, delivering individually tailored facilities maintenance, project and property lifecycle services to clients in the public and private sectors.

This acquisition reinforces Trios’ presence in the North of England, whilst its extensive experience working with property landlords offers Trios the opportunity to expand into a new market.
