Soft FM services provider, Spectrum Service Solutions, has extended its work with commercial and residential property consultancy, Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH), following a new multi-contract award for an additional nine properties in LSH’s Scottish property portfolio.
The properties are primarily single or multi-tenant offices, and at each location, Spectrum will provide a range of services, including cleaning, pest control, waste management and sanitary services. One of the new contracts is at St Vincent Plaza, the 172,307 sq ft office property in Glasgow.
Spectrum first worked with LSH at The Pyramids Business Park in Livingston.
Commenting on the new appointment, Spectrum’s Managing Director, Rebecca Bell said: “It certainly has been a busy period for Spectrum, with many contract wins throughout Scotland.
“This announcement is particularly rewarding because we’ve been appointed by a well-respected property consultancy that we already work with. We are delighted to be extending our work with LSH, and thanks must go to our team, who have clearly made a good impression on them with existing contracts.”
