From harnessing the power of data to the ever increasing need to embrace innovation, Laura Toumazi, Vice President of Sales at CBRE, outlines the main challenges and opportunities for FM into next year. Laura’s session will be held in the KEYNOTE THEATRE at Facilities & Estates Management Live at 10:30am on the 7th of October.
At the start of 2025, CBRE published its ‘New Trends in Facilities Management Report’ which delved into the high-level drivers reshaping the FM industry by providing an analysis of nine trends. The report stated that the industry would thrive by embracing big data, human-centric design, and digital transformation.
Will these trends follow on into 2026? As we approach the end of 2025, this session will explore the key drivers shaping the Facilities Management industry in the upcoming year.
