Jaguar Building Services has been awarded the Mechanical & Electrical maintenance contract for 45 Gresham Street in the City of London, by property and asset management company MAPP.
Located just moments from St Paul’s Cathedral, 45 Gresham Street offers 165,000 sq ft of Grade A office and retail accommodation across ten floors.
This latest addition to Jaguar’s portfolio reinforces its continued presence across London’s most prestigious commercial buildings.
The mobilisation phase is already underway, with our technical, mobilisation, and compliance teams working closely with the customer to ensure a seamless transition and continuity of service from day one.
