Pareto company, Sowga, has secured a mechanical and electrical (M&E) services contract with BNP Paribas Real Estate UK Property Management, covering more than 50 mobile locations across London and the Home Counties.
The contract, which was awarded following a competitive tender process, will be delivered through Sowga’s in-house mobile M&E engineering solution. The scope includes full mechanical and electrical services, supported by a dedicated team of mobile engineers, including mechanical engineers, electricians and multi-skilled M&E specialists.
As part of the onboarding process, Sowga has undertaken a comprehensive mobilisation programme, including asset verification and data gathering, supported by a robust management infrastructure to ensure consistency, compliance and long-term service resilience.
James Clarke, CEO of Pareto, said: “This contract award is a strong endorsement of Sowga’s technical capability and mobile M&E delivery model. Delivering full mechanical and electrical services across a large, geographically diverse estate requires precision, discipline and expertise, and we are pleased to be supporting BNP Paribas Real Estate with a solution designed for resilience and long-term performance.”
Terry Robinson, Executive Director at Sowga, added: “From the outset, our focus has been on establishing a strong foundation. Comprehensive mobilisation and asset verification are critical to delivering safe, compliant and efficient M&E services, and this approach ensures we can provide BNP Paribas Real Estate with clarity, consistency and confidence from day one.”
