Newcastle-based commercial property consultancy, Naylors, has appointed Chris Wild as Head of Facilities Management within the property & facilities management team, headed-up by Partner, Katy Clark, to support its ongoing expansion and nationwide client delivery.
Wild brings over 30 years’ experience to his role, including property and operations management positions at Groundwork and John Lewis.
He will be managing a diverse instruction portfolio spanning the whole of the UK across industrial, office, investment and retail assets.
The appointment forms part of the consultancy’s three-year growth strategy.
Commenting on his appointment, Wild said: “The opportunity to get back to managing property full time, leading a team of FMs, was too good to miss and particularly for a business I knew well and respected.
“I am most looking forward to using my experience to help develop the slightly less-experienced members of the FM team and to support the property managers in their roles.
“I will also going be looking at processes and procedures with the aim of driving both efficiencies and standards to facilitate the growth we are looking for.”
Clark commented: “Property management is our biggest department and the fastest growing – Chris will play a key role in its future and we are delighted to have him onboard.”
