Restore Information Management has acquired MPS Marketing Services Ltd as part of a broader strategy to strengthen its services for a growing customer base in the public sector.
The independent provider of information management services has acquired the Bristol-based print and mail service business in a £2.3 million deal, which it says will help diversify its outbound communications capabilities.
The combined business will provide improved support for local authority, NHS and other public sector clients managing high-volume communications across physical and digital channels, including the secure, compliant delivery of letters, bills, statements, council tax correspondence, benefits communications, patient letters and other critical documents.
Restore Information Management adds that customers will benefit from increased capacity, flexibility and expertise, plus support for a wider variety of print types.
Nigel Dews, MD of Restore Information Management, said: “This acquisition reflects our continued investment in services to help customers communicate securely, efficiently and at scale.
“MPS brings highly regarded expertise and strong relationships across local government, complementing our existing support for councils, the NHS and the wider public sector.
“We look forward to combining our abilities to deliver even greater value for customers as their communication needs evolve.”
Restore Information Management supports more than 6,000 clients across the UK, providing data management, digital transformation and physical document storage, as well as scanning, mailroom and outbound communication services.
