ABM has been awarded an additional three-year contract with Victoria Square, Northern Ireland’s premier retail and leisure destination.
The new agreement, which commenced on 1 February 2026, expands ABM’s remit to include technical services and security, alongside its existing cleaning services, across the centre’s 800,000 sq. ft. site in Belfast city centre.
ABM has delivered cleaning services at Victoria Square for eight years and will now support the centre through two complementary contracts, with services aligned operationally through ABM’s Performance Solutions (APS) delivery model.
