Dalkia UK has been awarded a place on the Greater London Authority’s (GLA) RE:FIT 5 Framework.
The RE:FIT programme is the Mayor of London’s flagship energy performance contracting initiative, designed to support public sector organisations in reducing carbon emissions while delivering long-term financial savings.
Through the framework, Energy Service Companies (ESCos) such as Dalkia deliver projects under Energy Performance Contracts (EPCs), providing guaranteed energy and cost savings over time.
By joining the RE:FIT 5 Framework, Dalkia will support local authorities, NHS Trusts, universities and other public sector bodies to deliver retrofit programmes using a wide range of proven technologies. These include solar PV, heat pumps, LED lighting and building fabric improvements, helping organisations to meet sustainability targets while benefiting from a compliant and streamlined procurement route.
The framework removes the need for lengthy tendering processes by offering a pre-qualified, fully compliant procurement pathway, enabling faster project delivery and reduced administrative burden for participating organisations.
Delphine Gilbert, Managing Director of Dalkia UK’s Energy Services team, said: “We are delighted to have been appointed to the GLA’s RE:FIT 5 Framework. This important initiative plays a vital role in helping public sector organisations accelerate their decarbonisation journeys while managing budget pressures.
“At Dalkia, we are committed to delivering measurable energy and carbon savings through innovative, performance-driven solutions. Our inclusion on the framework enables us to work in partnership with clients across London and beyond to deliver high-impact retrofit projects that support the transition to a low-carbon future.”
