Specialist building modernisation and enhancement firm, Synergize, has announced the appointment of three new directors to its senior management team.
Headquartered in Harrogate, Synergize has entered 2026 with a complete leadership restructure designed to gear the business for growth.
The appointments follow a period of significant momentum underpinned by a major contract extension with VIVO Defence Services and an increasing national demand for fire-resistant cladding remediation.
The new appointments see John Dale join as Operations Director, leading the SynFurb division, while Carl Wright takes the helm as Head of Decarbonisation for SynZero. Completing the trio is Dale Turton, who has been appointed as Commercial Director.

The three distinct specialised divisions SynFurb (Major Refurbishment), SynZero (Decarbonisation and Energy Efficiency), and SynServ (Planned Maintenance and Voids) allow Synergize to offer an integrated, “technical brilliance” approach to building modernisation.

The appointment of a dedicated Head of Decarbonisation is a central pillar of Synergize’s commitment to environmental conservation. As the UK pushes toward 2030 sustainability targets, the SynZero division will lead the way in helping public and private sector clients manage energy transitions and ergonomic building improvements.
The firm’s recent contract extension with VIVO Defence Services further cements Synergize’s reputation as a trusted leader in the defence and social housing sectors, providing a stable foundation for its ambitious 2026 targets.
