Atlas Cleaning has bolstered its leadership team with the appointment of Issi Salter as Growth Director.
Salter joins the business with extensive experience driving revenue growth, professionalising sales functions and building high-performing teams across services, technology and data-led businesses.
Her appointment reflects Atlas Cleaning’s ambition to accelerate sustainable growth while maintaining the culture and discipline that underpin its success.
Salter has held senior leadership roles within globally recognised organisations including CBRE, IWG PLC and Experian, operating in complex and highly competitive markets. Her background spans both permanent executive leadership and interim CRO-level roles, where she has been trusted to reset strategy, sharpen go-to-market execution and deliver measurable revenue impact.
Salter reports to Ed Bolton, Chief Operating Officer of Atlas Cleaning.
Bolton said: “Atlas Cleaning has grown by combining operational discipline with a strong, people-led culture. As we look to the next phase of our journey, it is vital that our commercial capability evolves in line with that ambition. Issi brings clarity, energy and commercial rigour. She will help us win the right work, strengthen long-term partnerships and ensure our growth continues to reflect our purpose of creating happiness for colleagues and clients alike.”
Salter said of her new appointment: “Atlas Cleaning has huge potential. My role is to bring more structure and pace to how we approach growth, while staying true to the culture and purpose that set us apart. Sustainable growth should strengthen performance and create opportunity for our people. That is what we are building.”
FMJ and Watco Webinar: Meeting compliance in a new culture of accountability
From January 2026, the Building Safety Regulator (BSR) formally separated from the Health and Safety Executive (HSE). Created under the Building Safety Act 2022 in response to the Grenfell Tower tragedy, the BSR is designed to raise safety standards across the built environment and introduce a stronger culture of accountability, transparency, and proactive risk management.
This shift places facilities managers in a more strategic safety assurance role – far beyond routine maintenance.
FMJ and Watco are hosting a webinar on 22 April at 11:00am to explore what this new regulatory landscape means for FMs. To register for the webinar click here.
