Kendra Energy Solutions has acquired the BEMS and ROC (Remote Optimisation Centre) Division of Optimised Group.
The acquisition further enhances Kendra’s capabilities within Building Energy Management Systems (BEMS) delivery, remote monitoring, analytics and optimisation services, whilst significantly expanding the reach of the ROC services across Kendra’s established national client base.
As part of the acquisition, the existing senior management team and delivery personnel within the Optimised BEMS & ROC Division will transfer to Kendra, ensuring continuity of service and expertise for existing clients whilst strengthening Kendra’s national service offering.
The division will continue to operate from the existing regional offices located in Ashby de la Zouch, Leicestershire and Sittingbourne, Kent – maintaining local support and operational continuity for customers and employees alike.
