Chartered Practitioner Status awarded to Brad and Max Reames of Peartree Cleaning Services

The father-and-son team at Peartree Cleaning Services have been awarded Chartered Practitioner status through the Chartered Practitioners Register in Environmental Cleaning.

Brad Reames and his son Max Reames, were formally recognised at a ceremony in London on 14 July 2026, receiving Chartered Practitioner status from the Worshipful Company of Environmental Cleaners.

The Chartered Practitioners Register was established under Royal Charter, approved by the Privy Council, and is administered by the Worshipful Company of Environmental Cleaners. Chartered status is a prestigious mark of professional excellence in the cleaning and facilities management industry, recognising individuals who demonstrate high levels of knowledge, experience and professionalism.

Being awarded a place on the register is not a qualification, but a formal recognition of an individual’s expertise and contribution to the cleaning and environmental services sector. Those accepted onto the register are able to use the post-nominals C Env Cln, reflecting their status as Chartered Practitioners in Environmental Cleaning.

The recognition comes as Peartree marks its 40th year in business and continues to build on its reputation as an independent, family-run cleaning business with long-standing client relationships across the UK.

Brad Reames, Managing Director of Peartree, said: “This is a very proud moment for both of us. I have spent my whole working life in the cleaning industry, so to see the sector now being recognised through Chartered status is hugely positive.

“To be awarded this alongside Max makes it even more meaningful. Peartree has always been a family business, built on hard work, high standards and long-term relationships, so this recognition feels like an important moment for us personally, as well as for the wider business.”

Max Reames, Senior Business Development Manager, Peartree, commented: “It is a real honour to be recognised in this way, especially alongside my dad. The cleaning industry offers people genuine careers, expertise and progression, and the Chartered Practitioners Register helps show the level of professionalism that exists across the sector.”
