Developer Bywater has entered a partnership with international flexible workspace operator infinitSpace to launch beyond Paradise, a new premium flex offering at Paradise SE11, the UK’s lowest embodied carbon mass timber office development.
Bywater, a carbon-conscious developer and investment manager focused on low-carbon development and refurbishment across the UK, will partner with infinitSpace as flexible workspace operator at Paradise, its completed mass timber office development at Old Paradise Street, Vauxhall, SE11.
infinitSpace will operate beyond Paradise across three floors on a phased basis, providing an experience-led flexible workspace within the building.
beyond Paradise has been designed as an extension of the building’s identity. Natural materials, warm timbers and biophilic detailing create a restorative, design-led environment that moves away from conventional corporate interiors.
The offering includes private offices and enterprise suites, co-working and breakout space, high-spec meeting rooms, event space, a curated events and wellbeing programme, gym facilities, and a hospitality-led service model including a barista offering and member app.
The fit-out is being delivered by design and build agency Thirdway, ensuring beyond Paradise meets the same exacting design and quality standards as the wider building.
beyond Paradise adds a further layer of amenity and activation to a building already operating at the leading edge of sustainable construction. Paradise SE11 beats the RIBA 2030 Climate Challenge target today, with each timber structural element locking away as much carbon as a steel equivalent would emit.
The building sits at the heart of the rapidly evolving SE11 neighbourhood, with strong transport connections and proximity to the established creative and commercial cluster emerging around Vauxhall and Nine Elms.
