Critical engineering services provider, MARCH has acquired Expervent Limited, a UK specialist in the design, manufacture, installation and servicing of ventilation systems, including Local Exhaust Ventilation (LEV). The deal enhances MARCH’S capability in complex, safety critical environments.

Founded in 2014 and based in Jarrow, Tyne and Wear, Expervent delivers its services across sectors including defence, advanced manufacturing, food and chemicals. Its work supports the safe control of airborne contaminants such as dust, fumes and gases across large and complex industrial sites where effective control is health and safety critical and underpinned by regulatory requirements.

Christopher Kehoe, CEO of MARCH, said: “Expervent joins MARCH to strengthen our specialist ventilation and LEV capability and broaden support for customers in complex, safety-critical environments. It brings proven technical expertise in an area that is increasingly critical across the industries we serve, and strengthens how we support customers where performance, compliance and reliability are closely linked. Expervent has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, specialist solutions across large and complex industrial sites, and we look forward to supporting the team as they continue to grow as part of MARCH.”

Tommy Gray, Managing Director, at Expervent, said: “We have built Expervent around specialist knowledge and a focus on delivering high quality ventilation solutions in demanding environments. Joining MARCH gives us access to broader engineering capability and support, while allowing us to continue operating in the way our customers know and value.”

Expervent will continue to operate with the same team and leadership, maintaining its established approach to delivery while benefiting from the scale and support of the wider MARCH business.
