Anchor completes mobilisation of multi-site contract

Integrated facilities services provider, Anchor Group Services, has successfully completed the mobilisation of a new multi-site contract awarded by FI Property Group following a tender process in December last year.

The contract, spanning spanning six locations, sees Anchor delivering integrated security and cleaning services, with around 34 colleagues transferring across the portfolio, including teams at Brunel Shopping Centre, Newbridge Square, The Woods Warrick, Wellington House and Chesterfield Block plus additional sites within the client estate.

The mobilisation was delivered through a co-ordinated, people-led approach focused on integrated team briefings. Bringing together security, cleaning, HR and operations to ensure alignment and transparency from the outset.

All transferring colleagues will receive Real Living Wage, a commitment that both Anchor and FI are aligned, reinforcing the company’s focus on workforce quality, engagement and retention.

Alex Hiles, COO, Anchor Group Services, said: “A strong mobilisation always starts with people. By bringing teams together early, aligning on expectations with our clients and providing the right support from day one, we set the foundations for long-term success.”

Anchor will continue to support the sites with ongoing senior leadership engagement following mobilisation.

Chris Stead, Head of Facilities Management, FI Real Estate Management Ltd added: “Anchor Group Services have delivered an excellent mobilisation, with a clear focus on people, communication and collaboration from day one. We’re particularly pleased to see all colleagues receiving the Real Living Wage, reflecting a shared commitment to quality and engagement.

“We’re excited to be partnering with a top-tier service provider and look forward to a strong future across the portfolio.”
