Andron awarded five-year deal with Colliers in Scotland

Andron Facilities Management has landed a new five-year deal with global real estate company, Colliers for the delivery of cleaning and support services to a portfolio of offices across Edinburgh and Glasgow.

Colliers provides end-to-end commercial real estate solutions across all property sectors including offices, industrial, retail and residential. The new contract aims to help Colliers support and develop its services to clients and tenants, while making a substantial contribution to the development of sustainable buildings and a positive impact on the local community.

Andron says its appointment as Colliers soft services partner was due to its “strong emphasis on staff development, local management presence, commitment to innovation, and ambitious sustainability targets”.

Sales Director, Cheryl Stewart commented: “This was a brilliant win for Andron, and we are delighted to be beginning our relationship with Colliers. With this new partnership, we are further strengthening our presence across the Scottish central belt as market leaders in commercial office cleaning and support services.

“Like Andron, Colliers take pride in operating responsibly and in a way that benefits our people, clients, communities, and the environment. ESG will very much be at the forefront of the new contract as we bring in our sustainable solutions such as chemical-free cleaning systems, closed-loop recycling programmes and energy-efficient equipment. We very much look forward to building a strong, lasting partnership with Colliers over the coming years.”

Stacey Gray, Sourcing Manager from Colliers added: “We look forward to working with Andron across our Scottish portfolio. Their offering combines exceptional levels of technical ability, staff development, and a strong commitment to ESG values, all of which are fully aligned with our “elevate the built environment” strategy.”
