Canary Wharf Group launches a new managed office space, with Citi as first customer

Canary Wharf Group (CWG) is launching MadeFor, a fully fitted and managed office space, with Citi to be its first customer, taking 95,000 sq ft at Forty Bank Street while Citi Tower, its UK and EMEA headquarters, at 25 Canada Square, is being refurbished. This is part of the global banking group’s long-term re-commitment to Canary Wharf.

Designed and built by CWG’s in-house team, MadeFor is designed to provide a high quality, fitted, furnished and dressed workspace that’s ready for immediate occupation or which can alternatively be delivered “to order”.  It also offers businesses a fully managed solution, including cleaning, Wi-Fi and IT services, full maintenance and ‘handyman’ services, and refreshments.

Further MadeFor spaces will be available across CWG’s portfolio, including One Canada Square, Forty Bank Street, 20 Water Street and The Columbus Building.
