DMA Group regains M&E contract with Notting Hill Genesis Housing Association

Property maintenance specialist, DMA Group, has regained a multi-year mechanical and electrical maintenance contract with Notting Hill Genesis Housing Association. DMA Group will carry out 24/7 planned and reactive maintenance, small works, and projects at the Association’s offices portfolio, as well as providing energy services advice to support its sustainability targets.

Works cover the Association’s London headquarters at Bruce Kenrick House, its London-based offices at Sussex Place, Oak Square, and Bolney Street, the Frederick Chancellor building in Chelmsford, and the Bushey Office and Community Centre in Watford.

Formed in 2018 by the merger of two social housing bodies, Notting Hill Genesis is one of the South East’s largest housing associations. It owns and manages more than 66,000 homes and has around 2,000 employees.

DMA is also supporting Notting Hill Genesis’s community connections by offering commitments to education, apprenticeships, and sponsorships. The company has itself already launched an apprenticeship scheme designed to help plug the current skills gap and to help up-skill its workforce.

Tom Hunt, Director of Health & Safety and Business Services, said: “We were delighted that, following a vigorous tender process, we have appointed DMA Group as our property maintenance partner. What set DMA Group apart was their cutting-edge technology and the operational expertise of their team. We believe their innovative BiO platform will be an invaluable asset, allowing us to proactively plan and to swiftly deal with issues, as and when they arise. We are confident that through this partnership, we will continue to improve customer satisfaction, optimise efficiency and drive innovation”.

Andrew Wood, DMA Group Chief Executive, said: “This reacquisition of a multi-year M&E maintenance contract for their London portfolio is a testament to our team’s dedication and commitment to providing exceptional services. We look forward to continuing our partnership with NHG, delivering quality service, supporting their net zero objectives, and delivering our social value commitments.”
