Tivoli Group acquires Greenfingers Landscape

Tivoli Group Ltd has announced that it has successfully exchanged contracts to acquire Greenfingers Landscape Ltd. It is Tivoli’s second acquisition following the purchase of Sodexo Horticultural Services in February 2021, and supports the company’s ambitious growth targets for this year and beyond.

Greenfingers, established in 1996 and based in North West England, currently has circa 120 staff and generates an annual turnover of over £4million. They provide services for a range of landowners across the public and private sector, including multiple housing associations. The acquisition will increase the scale of Tivoli’s service portfolio, grounds maintenance, landscaping, arboriculture, winter maintenance, and interior plants and floristry.

Our immediate focus will be supporting the teams on the ground to ensure clients receive continuity of service with no disruption.

Nicola Keach, Tivoli’s Chief Executive Officer, said: “Greenfingers’ teams share the same passion as we do for self-delivering a high-quality service and building long term relationships with clients, and we look forward to welcoming great people to our team. There is a natural harmony between our work, our clients and our values, and we are very proud to welcome the employees and customers of Greenfingers to the Tivoli family.”

Tivoli Group Ltd, an independent grounds maintenance specialist, has a current turnover of circa £65m with around 1,200 staff and a national presence across the UK. Greenfingers’ strong presence in the North West is complementary to Tivoli’s prevalence with clients in the region, and enhances the portfolio coverage of the business. The acquisition fits in with Tivoli’s strategy to grow both organically as well as through acquisitions, and further develops Tivoli’s extensive national coverage.
