East On Projects Group builds on 10 years of growth with new appointments and acquisition

East On Projects, a leading design and build company, has just celebrated its 10th anniversary with the announcement of three new board appointments and the acquisition of specialist Fit Out business, the Surrey-based Office 2 Interiors.

Hayley White

Hayley White, the company’s longest-serving colleague behind owner and Managing Director, Darryl Easton, joins the board as Operations Director. White has helped to steer the Group through a period of rapid growth over recent years and has spearheaded the business’ drive to achieve ISO 9001 and 14001.

Previously acting as a Non-executive Director to the company, Samantha Larkin will now serve on the main board as Executive Director, with responsibility for Sales and Marketing. Samantha oversaw the 2022 rebrand of the business to support the launch of the specialist Media Solutions and Commercial Interiors divisions as well as East On’s Living and Consultancy offerings.

Scott Newland, owner of Office 2 Interiors, brings a wealth of knowledge earned from over 25 years of design, build and furniture expertise to the East On board, taking on the role of Commercial Director following the merger with East On Projects. He will lead the team’s project delivery programme and drive the company’s ongoing growth.

East On has recently delivered landmark projects including the new Channel 4 News studios in Leeds and the renovation of ITN’s London offices and studios at the iconic Foster + Partners building in Gray’s Inn Road.

MD Darryl Easton commented: “I’m very proud of the team’s achievements in the past 10 years and these board appointments, along with the integration of Office 2 Interiors, will further strengthen our offering as we look ahead to the next 10 years.”
