Events by Amadeus has been awarded a three-year deal with Herbert Art Gallery and Museum in Coventry.
The new partnership will see Amadeus taking a bespoke approach to the event catering options offered at this well-known Midlands location, from drinks receptions where guests can explore the art gallery’s ever-changing displays, to unique and formal dining events thanks to the shared space with iconic dino-in-residence, Dippy – a life-size, plaster-of-paris replica of a Diplodocus carnegii skeleton.
Menus boast an array of creative catering options for 50+ guests, with options available for every dietary need. Event planning has also been simplified with a single point of contact in the team, the key catering liaison between the organiser, venue, and suppliers.
With a focus on sustainability, local sourcing is also a vital part of Amadeus’ ethos with 80 per cent of food and beverage suppliers located within a 30-mile radius of the venue.
Kevin Watson, Managing Director of Amadeus, said of the new partnership: “Amadeus has a rich history in delivering superior quality, sustainable catering for events, so we are delighted to bring our expertise to the Herbert Art Gallery and Museum.
“With an array of inspiring exhibitions within the venue’s event spaces, we know how important it is to create quality and memorable food experiences to match. Thanks to decades of experience catering for events and venues around the country, organisers can trust us to bring their vision to life through innovative creations and a variety of stimulating menus to suit every type of event.
“We look forward to working closely with the Herbert Art Gallery and Museum and CV Life team to create outstanding events which complement the truly unique surroundings.”
