Here at Bridge Recruitment we think it’s important to support local charities and we know the significance of being able to give something back to the community. Additionally, its essential to be able to network with people within the Facilities Management industry in a relaxed environment, without feeling the pressures of a formal meeting.

That’s why we’re excited to announce our second FM Comedy Night, taking place in April following the triumph of last year’s event. It really is like no other, providing a memorable evening all while fundraising for a different chosen charity each year.

Last year’s Comedy Night was the first of its kind and proved to be hugely successful with 100% of its profits going to our chosen charity, Haven House. The live comedy night raised funds and gave people an opportunity to network, all while hosting an all-star line-up of comedians at the iconic Comedy Store in London’s Leicester Square.

This year, we’re returning and partnering with Bounce Back UK, an organisation and social enterprise dedicated to helping ex-offenders get back on track from custody to employment, offering training in and around the construction and facilities management industry. It provides programmes centred around painting and decorating, aerial window cleaning, dry lining and scaffolding, etc. Established in 2011, the charity now has training centres in and out of prison, delivering a range of courses to ex-offenders along with rehabilitation schemes and support. Bounce Back has supported over 2,000 people since it first began.
