The Momentum Group has secured the facilities management contract for one of Liverpool’s oldest and finest buildings.
Oriel Chambers is a Grade I listed building on Water Street, situated in the heart of the commercial district, which was recently purchased by Yakel Property Investments with an ambition to create a central hub and business community whilst preserving, updating, and respecting the original architecture and heritage of the building.
The building boasts 85 per cent occupancy with offices ranging from 138 sq ft to 6,000 sq ft and remains home to one of Liverpool’s oldest law firms Oriel Chambers Barristers, having been in the building since 1965.
The contract award will see The Momentum Group responsible for the delivery of hard and soft maintenance services including daily housekeeping, cleaning and general maintenance for the building and its tenants.
