JPC by Samsic retains contract with West London’s Chiswick Park business campus

JPC by Samsic, the cleaning arm of facilities management provider Samsic.uk, has been re-awarded the cleaning and waste services contract at Chiswick Park Enjoy-Work, a leading business campus in West London.  The contract ensures the continuation of a 15-year relationship between the two organisations.

Chiswick Park is a 1.8 million ft2 business park which is home to 12 office buildings and 45,000 ft2 of retail space. It is used by more than 10,000 guests.

As well as enjoying a long and fruitful partnership, JPC by Samsic has also introduced over 150 innovations to the business campus. This includes 15 new types of machinery and 24 corporate social responsibility (CSR) programmes, as well as the reduction of chemical consumption by 60%. This work with the park has been recognised with four major awards, including the Golden Service Awards, PFM Awards and Green Apple Awards.

Sandrino Vieira, Operations Manager at JPC by Samsic, said: “We’re delighted to be continuing our relationship with Chiswick Park Enjoy-Work. We’ve enjoyed a fantastic partnership over the last 15-years, which is rarely seen in the facilities management industry, and we’re looking forward to the future. It’s about going back to basics and reinventing ourselves, coming back with a stronger approach and a new vision.”

John Conry, Managing Director at JPC by Samsic, began his career as Guest Services Manager at Chiswick Park. He said: “Over half of our senior management team at JPC have stemmed from Chiswick Park, and that’s an amazing testimony to the environment we’ve created and the aspirational nature of everything we do here. This new contract is proof of the quality of our work and the strength of our relationship with Chiswick Park, and we’re very proud to continue this partnership.”
