Anabas has announced that Alistair Craig will transition to the role of Chairman and Paul Bean has been appointed Managing Director, effective from 1 August 2026.
Since joining Anabas in 2012, Craig has overseen a sustained period of double-digit growth, establishing Anabas as the £55 million corporate workplace services provider it is today.
As Chairman, Craig will continue to support the long-term strategic direction of the business, working closely with the leadership team to drive continued growth, innovation and exceptional service for clients.
Craig said: “It has been a privilege to lead Anabas over the past 14 years and to work alongside such talented colleagues, supportive clients and trusted partners. Together, we have built a business that is recognised for its people, the quality of its service and the strong relationships we have developed with our clients.
“I am incredibly proud of everything we have achieved and excited to continue supporting the business as Chairman. Paul brings a wealth of experience, strong leadership and a genuine passion for our industry, and I have every confidence that he is the right person to lead Anabas through its next phase of growth and success.”
Bean joins Anabas as Managing Director with more than 30 years’ leadership experience across the facilities management sector. Throughout his career, he has led large, complex service organisations, delivered transformational change and driven sustained commercial growth across both UK and international markets.
As MD, Bean will lead the next phase of Anabas’ growth, building on the success of the business and its experienced leadership team. His focus will be on continuing to deliver exceptional service for clients, creating opportunities for colleagues and driving sustainable, long-term growth across the business.
Bean commented: “I am delighted to be joining Anabas at such an exciting point in its journey. The business has built an outstanding reputation for delivering exceptional workplace services through its talented people, customer-focused approach and commitment to service excellence.
“I look forward to working with our colleagues, customers and partners to build on the strong foundations already in place, continuing to deliver excellent service while creating new opportunities for growth, innovation and long-term success.”
