Specialist property managers, Lee Baron, has been appointed to manage Tokenspire Business Park in Beverley, Yorkshire, on behalf of Ardent UK.
The estate encompasses 306,000 sq ft of space across 36 units set in 24 acres, with planning permission in place for the development of eight new units as well as a number of exciting asset management opportunities.
