Magenta supports Property Marketing Awards 2022 to help fund education projects

Magenta Associates, an integrated communications firm for the built environment, is proud to be a Property Marketing Awards (PMA) 2022 Awards Sponsor for the second year running.

Scheduled for the 22 June 2022, the PMA is an annual not-for-profit event, organised by the Chartered Surveyors’ Company, a City of London livery company that supports the education of young people, particularly from disadvantaged backgrounds. The proceeds raised by the PMA are distributed by the Chartered Surveyors’ Company’s Charitable Trust to support a range of education projects that provide life changing opportunities for young people which would otherwise not exist, and which enhance diversity in the real estate industry.

These prestigious awards are taking place on 22 June 2022 at Kings Place, King’s Cross. Hosted by journalist and tech presenter Lara Lewington, the glamourous awards evening will celebrate excellence in property marketing. Categories include Best Marketing Campaign: Offices, Best Marketing Campaign (Industrial and Logistics, Place-Making, Residential Sales, Alternative Residential), Best Website, Best Use of Film, Best Brand Experience, Best Use Of PR, Best Use of Social Media (NEW), Best Corporate Brand Campaign, Best Content Marketing and Property Marketing Team of the Year.

Jo Sutherland, Magenta’s managing director and member of the PMA organising committee, said: “Magenta is proud to be a Property Marketing Awards Sponsor, particularly as 2022 marks the PMA’s 30th year. We often hear about the talent gap in the property sector. The organisations involved in PMA are helping to close that gap. So, as we celebrate the best of the best marketing campaigns and projects in the sector, we can support a great cause while we’re at it.”

David Bianco FRICS, chairman of PMA, added:  “We are delighted that Magenta Associates are involved with the PMA again this year by sponsoring the award for ‘Best Marketing Campaign: Place-Making’.  Place-Making has become an integral part of property planning, and we look forward to seeing many fine examples in the entries submitted for PMA 2022”

Entries close at midnight on Friday March 25, with shortlisted entries being announced in good time before the awards event on the 22 June 2022.
