NHS Property Services welcomes new CCO  

NHS Property Services (NHSPS) has appointed Jackie Ducker to the role of Chief Customer Officer (CCO), where she will bring her expertise in in customer experience and strategic relationship management to deliver the business’ customer strategy.  

Joining the NHSPS Executive Board in May 2023 from Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) – where she held the position of Executive Director for Customer and Product – Ducker brings significant executive level expertise in building key customer relationships, business growth and improvement, as well as extensive leadership in customer experience.  

A specialist in the construction and property industry, Ducker also has experience in facilities management and delivery for organisations including including Connaught, Ordnance Survey, and Kier Group plc, working with many high-profile customers including HS2. 

Speaking about her new role, Ducker said: “I am delighted to join the executive leadership team at an exciting time for NHS Property Services, which celebrates its 10th anniversary this year.
