Outsourcing to help win the race for talent
During the discussion, the panel, which comprised, Keith Seymour – Solutions Director at SPS, David Howorth – Global Colleague Experience Lead at BP and Susan Davis – Facilities, Health & Safety Manager at MI-GSO PCUBED related their experiences in managing FM services by utilising outsourced staff.
They all agreed that in order to maintain a quality service there is a need to develop a strong relationship with outsourced partners to ensure that all parties needs are met. A shared set of values is an incredibly important part of this process and all of our panel felt that agreeing a set of standards in sustainability, societal impact and compliance were all essential elements in order to achieve ESG.
