Pareto celebrates three IWFM Impact Awards

Pareto FM won awards across three categories at the 2022 IWFM Impact Awards, which took place on Monday 17 October at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House London.

The accolades received, recognised outstanding impact across the categories of Social Value: in recognition of the Pareto Kickstarter scheme. Sector Breakthrough: for the strategic initiatives that embed equity, diversity, and inclusion (ED&I) and social value across the organisation. Concluding with CEO Andrew Hulbert receiving the honour of Outstanding Contribution to Workplace and Facilities Management award.

The awards recognise team and individual leadership, combined with showcasing the significant contribution that Pareto’s ongoing social value activities have on workplace communities, local communities and individual families.

Colin Kimber, Associate Director at Pareto FM commented: “We are so thrilled to see Pareto recognised with the Sector Breakthrough award. We’ve worked so hard to bring something different to the market and continue on our mission to change the face of FM. This award represents the incredible efforts and hard work from our teams. We remain committed to improving service delivery throughout the sector and look forward to continuing to innovate.”

Emma Wilson, Pareto FM’s Social Impact Director said: “I think it’s great that so many social initiatives got real recognition as it’s so empowering and changes so many lives for the better. The Kickstart scheme demonstrated to us as a company and as individuals, how impactful small changes to our everyday working lives could be when we showed a little empathy to understand other people’s journeys. By focusing our facilities maintenance skills that we use daily for problem solving and customer experience to focus on real issues we can not only drive real change effectively but also improve our own lives at the same time. We feel this is just the beginning of what we can achieve as we branch out into several different areas.”

Andrew Hulbert, Pareto FM CEO commented on receiving the Outstanding Contribution Award: “This is a night I will never forget. When you start a business, you can only dream about occasions like this. It was so brilliant to have our senior leadership team with us and it was amazing to see them enjoy themselves. I am so grateful to our entire team, all our supporters and everyone who has helped us on our journey. This is a truly amazing recognition, and I am genuinely humbled. Thanks so much to everyone”.
