Ramco launches winter fleet auction

Ramco, the circular economy specialist, has launched a new winter fleet auction to help businesses prepare for the colder months ahead. The auction is running until 5th December 2022 and includes a range of vehicles including gritters and snow ploughs.

For over 26 years, Ramco has been helping organisations across the UK and Europe find great value pre-owned equipment. Handling everything from a teaspoon to a dockside crane, they rehome a wide range of assets to help power the circular economy.

Ramco was recently selected by the UK’s National Highways agency to find new homes for their decommissioned winter fleet vehicles. With cold weather on the way, Ramco is urging businesses to ensure their site and premises are safe, productive, and profitable all year round with a winter fleet they can rely on.

Adrian Foreman, Head of Operations at Ramco, said: “We’re delighted to be working with National Highways and giving their decommissioned vehicles a new lease of life. Now is a great time for businesses to get their sites equipped for winter so when the icy weather arrives, they can operate safely and without disruption.

“We’d encourage businesses to check out the vehicles we have available during our winter fleet auction and enjoy the savings of buying second-hand. There’s a great collection – we have gritters manufactured by MAN and Volvo, as well as snow ploughs from Schmidt.”

Ramco’s winter fleet auction is running online until Monday 5th December with a collection of vehicles available to buy. Find out more: https://www.ramco.co.uk/winterfleetvehicles
