Robertson FM secures a place on the Management and Workplace Services Framework

Robertson FM has secured a place on both Lots applied for on the new Crown Commercial Services, Facilities Management and Workplace Services Framework – RM6232. The framework was evaluated with quality being the main criteria as opposed to commercial and acceptance on the framework, which will be in place for the next four years, will allow Robertson FM to deliver hard and soft facilities services to a range of public sector customers.

Noreen Winhall, commercial director, Buildings at Crown Commercial Services, said: “The Facilities Management and Workplace Services framework is a key part of our suite of buildings frameworks. We can support our customers through the whole lifecycle of a major project – from inception, through facilities management, to demolition, aggregating public sector buying power to grow the UK economy.  

“The new framework has the Government’s latest policy priorities baked in, enabling better outcomes on key social value priorities like modern slavery, providing opportunities for SMEs and VCSEs, and carbon reduction.”

With this framework there is real focus on social value which supports one of the UK Governments strategic objectives.
