Following a successful 12 months as People Experience Manager of Pareto FM, Alishya Artwell has been promoted to HR Director.
Artwell has over 10 years of successful HR experience which includes achieving an HR degree from Greenwich University London & attaining a CIPD Level 7 Diploma.
Since joining Pareto, she has made an immediate impact on the business, implementing many new processes and ensuring successful day-to-day delivery.
Artwell will join the team of Directors and become one of the core leaders of the business.
Speaking about her new role she said: “I am delighted to be a part of the Pareto organisation. It is an exciting time for Pareto and the facilities management industry, and I look forward to continuing to drive and shape the HR function for this unique and growing business.”

Artwell took up her new position on 1 May 2022.
